Join Flip Filippi and Bob Washo of local farm littleGrasse Foodworks to learn the multiple methods to make the most of the apple crop. Flip and Bob will take the group through two cider-pressings, teaching you the process from crush to pour! They will also share why cider-making has been such an important method of preserving apples in our region and demonstrate the steps for fermentation and cider syrup. The workshop will take place at the littleGrasse Foodworks farm on Miner St. Road (transportation available), and you should be dressed for the possibility of getting a little sticky.
