Learn about the logistics of maple syrup production, the challenges involved, and the delights of working with the woods and their bounty (not to mention the delicious final product).

The Hurlbuts started sugaring in 1995. They are a family-owned and operated business. They also raise Black Angus beef and are in the process of becoming G.A.P. (Global Animal Partnership) certified.

Registration for this trip is open NOW and will remain open through midnight on Wednesday, March 25th. If you wish to attend, please register by this deadline, as we need to know the number of participants to make travel plans.
