Join artisanal cheese maker Josh Carter for a teaching lab where the participants will make cheese and yogurt. Students will also have the opportunity to taste a variety of locally made cheeses. Class size is limited to 12 students.
Registration will open on Sunday, February 9, 2014 at noon and remain open until Tuesday, February 11, 2014 at noon. After registration closes names of participants will be picked by lottery. If your name is picked then you will receive an email confirming that you are registered on Wednesday, February 12, 2014. If your name is placed on a waiting list, you will also be notified on Wednesday, February 12, 2014 and you will be contacted as soon as possible if a workshop space opens up. Questions?
